I have a Shepherds hut with private garden, bathroom, and own kitchenette with oven. log burner and double bed. furnished. Available from November until end of March for rent. All bills included and 2 washes a week in the main house also included which i will do.

Parking for the property is in the pub car park across the road.

Would accept pets - please discuss

Alternatively it will make a nice winter retreat in the country for someone. or someone van living that wants something warmer for the winter.

This is totally self contained and private.

Must have a reference.

Peferable to rent someone who would like to stay the 5 months winter months.

Room Available in Relaxed Countryside House – Long-Term Lodger Opportunity
A furnished room is available in a calm countryside house located just a 5-minute drive from Tesco Extra Pool. Due to the rural location, a car or own transport is essential.

The house is shared with two other female housemates aged 35+ and would best suit a clean, quiet, and conscientious professional looking for a peaceful long-term home environment rather than a party house. It’s a very relaxed household with a calm countryside atmosphere.

At present, there are two possible room options available, and the intention is only to rent one of the rooms depending on what best suits the person enquiring. Both options are included below simply to offer flexibility.

Option 1 – Furnished Single Room (£450 including all bills)
The primary room available is a furnished single bedroom with wardrobe storage. The single bed also includes an additional pull-out mattress underneath, allowing occasional use as a larger sleeping space for guests if needed.
A brand new shared bathroom is currently being fitted in June and will be shared by two of the three lodgers.

Option 2 – Furnished Small Double with En Suite (£550 including all bills)
There is also the possibility of a furnished small double room with its own en suite bathroom. The room has recently had a brand new shower fitted.
Please note: this room contains a concealed solar panel control box inside a cupboard which can occasionally produce a buzzing sound during sunny daytime hours when the solar system is actively generating electricity. This is mainly noticeable during brighter summer months and is not constant. For this reason, it would likely best suit someone who works daytime hours outside the home or who feels this would not bother them and may wish for a bigger bed than a single and their own bathroom.
