We need a new housemate.
Our last housemate was a nurse carer and yet again after moving in with us he is getting married. This is the second time
So need a new person for the spare room
It's great room, overlooking the woods
You either need a fulltime job outside the house or be a fulltime uni student.
Room is furnished we can move some of items if you wish. Parking available, garage for storage ( part), share with me a journalist. I work from home and work long hours. Very chilled. My daughter spends a week with me and a week at her dads and so on. House is on Longfield - on field and backs onto TREGONNIE WOODS. ROOM OVERLOOKS GARDEN AND WOODS.
The room also overlooks the back garden and open green field part of Tregonnie Woods Reserve.
Share bathroom, kitchen, we have two freezers and share fridge. All bills included

If you have a friend or a boyf/girl. f happy to have a friend stay on some weekends. Bus 2 min walk, the rain station 9 minutes walk, 15 min to Falmouth Centre, 15 min walk to beach, seven minutes to Falmouth hospital walk, Seven minutes walk to Co-Op and only 5 minutes walk to Falmouth School
Close to Penryn and Falmouth campuses.
We have two bonkers cats and three frizzle bantams one is called stupid dinner:) they live in the garden obviously.
Share tidying. Terraced house. I am chilled and relaxed . Smoke only outside .
