The property consists of two bathrooms and a large back garden, washer and dryer. The house is occupied by one undergraduate student, three masters students and one working person. Myself and one other occupant are sadly moving out and both rooms are up for rent, please dm for more details on the other room.

We are a mix of sociable and quiet but friendly people! We love to have movie nights and game nights. Unfortunately no pets.

I’m so very sad to leave this place, the people are wonderful and the house is large and has hosted many great hangout sessions.

We are not too fussy when it comes to new people, we’re friendly and welcoming. It doesn’t matter if you’re very sociable or prefer to do things solo, you will fit right in :)
