Double room for single occupancy available in a modern 2-bedroom flat in the new Hollyfields development in Hawkenbury, ideal for short-term stays.

You’ll be sharing with me — a friendly professional working in finance at a local mental health hospital, usually Monday to Friday.

The flat is around 3 miles from Tunbridge Wells Hospital, roughly 10 minutes by car or 20 minutes by bike. The area is quiet, modern, and well connected.

Street parking is available a short 2–3 minute walk away.

The flat would best suit someone with a similar routine — fairly early nights and early starts during the week — as it’s generally a quiet and relaxed home.
