I am looking for a housemate in my beautiful barn conversation house, situated just outside Tunbridge wells with easy access to London. House consists of private bathroom and living room, with double furnished bedroom on offer. Parking also available.

The house is currently on the market, so tenure of tenancy dependant on sale of property but with notice. I am also flexible at looking at part time flatmates with pro rata rate. The house is ideal for commuters being situated just a 1 minute drive from Frant station.
