The flat covers two floors of a large Victorian house in a quiet tree-lined road midway between Richmond and Twickenham. (Council Tax band F - but included, with all other bills as part of rent). The flat includes four bedrooms, two bathrooms, large kitchen and sitting room. Excellent transport links to London: St Margarets BR station is 10 minutes’ walk; also Twickenham (BR) and Richmond (District Line Underground and BR) are both 10 minutes away via regular bus services. Parking is on-street and requires resident parking permit. We are two minutes' walk from beautiful Marble Hill Park, which leads down to the Thames, with several pubs and restaurants within easy walking distance.
Other residents: the owner is a single (female) artist working from home. There’s one other tenant, and a dog. We are very friendly but respect each other's privacy.
Looking for: non-smoker, able to supply references and one month’s deposit, together with one month’s rent in advance. Minimum six months’ let.
