The flat is located in a quiet green area of Richmond right by Richmond Park (10mins) and 20 mins walk to Kew Gardens. The room is bright and spacious (13 sq m) with 2 double glazed windows with blinds fitted in.
It will come with floor to ceiling built in wardrobes, sofa, own fridge/freezer, a bookcase and a comfortable double bed with orthopaedic mattress. The flat is bright, spacioua clean and very well equipped.

KITCHEN & BATHROOM
There is a beautiful fully equipped sit-down kitchen with all modern amenities available for your use, e. g. dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, air-fryer, oven, toaster, etc.
Bathroom is also spacious, has a large bathtub as well as separate shower cabin.

ADDITIONAL INFO
Rent inclusive of all the bills is £1150, deposit 1200.
Included in the rent I will also share my streaming services netflix and prime video as well as Kew Gardens membership access for 2 people. There is free unlimited street parking.

TRANSPORT
The flat is located 10 mins walk from Richmond station with district line, overground and national rail available providing easy access to the city as well as local buses. Under 10 minutes to North Sheen train stati9n and big Sainsbury's. There is also free parking available.

I am looking for a nice, respectful and clean flatmate to share this beautiful home with. Someone who enjoys greenery and peace to unwind at home as well as the buzz of Richmond nearby. This is the most incredible place and I am sure the right person will be very happy here.

I'm a 35 years old Polish British professional. I'm friendly, considerate and clean. I am sociable and love a board game in the kitchen but often spend time in my own space, working or out.
