I am looking for a new person to take over my room in a quiet sharehouse overlooking Gunnersbury Park.
The house has 5 bedrooms (3 men, 1 woman, 1 vacant at the moment) with a shared kitchen, shared livingroom, and spacious rear garden. The kitchen has a gas cooker, microwave, oven, toaster, dishwasher, 2 large fridge/freezers and 1 small freezer. There are also a washing machine and tumble dryer on the ground floor.
The current residents largely work outside of the house on Monday-Friday 9-5 schedules and we are an international house with the current residents being from England, Poland, Canada, and Italy.
The room is a large attic conversion with windows on both the East and West sides for all day natural light. It also benefits from having a private bathroom in the attic as well, so you have your own floor of the house! The other residents of the house have their own bathroom so there is no reason for them to come up to your floor, leaving you with a nice private space. The East window overlooks peaceful Gunnersbury Park.
Local transit connections are good for Zone 3, with South Ealing Station (Piccadilly Line) being less than 15 minutes walk away, Acton Town (Piccadilly Line/District Line) being a 10 minute bus ride away, Ealing Broadway (Elizabeth Line, District Line, Central Line) being a 15 minute bus ride away, and Kew Bridge (Southwest Rail) being a 20 minute walk away. There is also direct bus service to Chiswick. There is a space for 1 car in the back lane which nobody in the house is currently using.
For 1028/month, all utilities (gas, electric, broadband, water, sewage) and a bi-weekly cleaner for the shared areas of the house are included. For council tax, there is a one-time contribution of 150 pounds when you move in which covers you for the duration of your stay in the house.
The rental agency takes your final month of rent up-front rather than a deposit. This property is managed by Built Asset Management.
