Hi,
We are moving into a 2 bed flat in isleworth on the 1st July and looking to buddy up with someone.
We are a couple originally from Devon and been in London a few years, both busy people who like a tidy, clean home.
Rent £740 with bills split 3 ways so about £130. Total cost for room - £870 per month.
Lovely flat, new carpets and furnishings, recently painted. Bed and wardrobe can be purchased for room if required.
Looking for a friendly housemate (no party people!) but happy to share a bottle of wine in evening.
We are away some weekends so would have place to yourself from time to time.
