I am looking to rent out my spare room which is a small room (about 2m by 3m) with a single bed. My flat is small with a shared bathroom and living space. It is a 15 min walk from Northfields station on the piccadilly line, and a 20 minute bus ride to Ealing Broadway. My flat is about 30 minutes from Heathrow door to door.
I am particularly looking for someone who will only need the room part time e. g. Mon-Fri or 2-4 days a week. I am happy to charge per night.
I am a 31 year old who has recently moved out from living with flat mates. I work from home but enjoy cooking and meeting new people.
