Looking for someone to move in fairly immediately to a nice spot in Brentford. Aside from the double room with an en suite there's a big kitchen/living room with a conservatory and garden. I like my music so ideally would have a flatmate that can tolerate music going most of the time and doesn't have shit music taste themselves, that's really the only dealbreaker aside from paying rent and cleaning up every so often, the usual. A 5 minute walk will take you to the station (direct to Clapham/Waterloo), 2 supermarkets, GP, canal, and many pubs. Also got a bus stop right outside the front door that'll get you to Ealing. The property used to be a care home and that's still right next door, we share the garden with them, and the people that run it are lovely and very friendly, the inmates don't usually bite either. Worth noting that the entrance gate for workers is attached to the bedroom wall and might distrub light sleepers. I work in a youth charity doing varied shifts so I'm out in the evenings quite often, and away for at least a weekend a month on trips, and when I'm home I'm usually spent and will just unwind with some computer games or films. Would appreciate a vaguely sociable flatmate who can pull their weight with the chores and doesn't mind sharing a space. No total fascists please and thanks. Council tax band D.
