A perfect big box room with double bed and wardrobe (can be assembled and dismantle on need). And there is enough space for computer table to setup. Suitable for single person. Living room and kitchen is shared between housemates. Utensils are free to use but need to maintain clean after using. House cleaning will be amongst the housemates.
