For many things could be an advantage as you have your own separate entrance, you are away from everyone and you don’t really bump into anyone, however others might not consider this an advantage so either way, it’s worth noting.

🌳 The amazing Richmond park is not too far either especially if you cycle 🚲

🅿️ Free parking + big side garden gate if you have a bicycle or motorcycle. Big maintained garden, excellent for sunny days.

💸 BILLS are not included, we have smart meters for everything and we only pay for what we use.
