I’m a live-in landlord offering a fully furnished room in my home to a professional or student female housemate. Single occupancy only (one person per room).

I’m friendly and welcoming, and I work in the NHS at Charing Cross Hospital. A cleaner comes once a week to clean the communal areas. This is my first home, recently bought, and for long-term tenants I’d love it to feel like home — I’d even be happy to change the room colour for the right tenant and re arrange the furniture as per their needs. There are plenty of wardrobes and chest of drawers available if one needs more storage.
