Our house is a three-bedroom property with an additional beautiful living room, spacious kitchen, and two bathrooms. I very much enjoyed living in this house, it gave me such a homely feeling, and I loved living with my two housemates. I could not have wished for better housemates! Sadly, I am now leaving the UK.

About the available room: your bedroom is on the second floor and has a shared bathroom with one housemate. The room comes fully furnished. All the furniture is ours, so of course you can redo the room as you like!

About your housemates: you would be living with an Australian PhD student and an Italian art gallerist in their end 20s/30s. Both are super nice, considerate, and respectful people! We all like to have our own space, while we make our house feel like home and enjoy hanging out once in a while.

About the contract: we are looking for a working professional without pets. (Alternatively: UK guarantor works too.) The contact is a joint tenancy so your name would be added to the contract. The current contract is until September, 12th 2026 and has to be renewed afterwards. The deposit is £1,036.33.

Rent & bills: rent is £963, bills are £80, and council tax is £135. So the monthly total is £1178 (including everything!).

About the location: 3 minutes from Kew Gardens station (District and Mildmay lines). Nearby are restaurants and coffee shops, Tesco (3 mins walk), M&S (10 mins walk), and a massive Sainsbury (10 mins walk). The Royal Botanical Gardens are just across the road. Richmond is a 10 mins cycle or one tube station away.

Move in date: March 13th or earlier.
