We are preferably looking for a female who will be sharing the flat with 3 very easy going people, 1 male and 2 females in what is a very social flat.

The flat itself is quite spacious and also includes a balcony area that faces the central court garden, large kitchen with modern fittings, separate toilet and bathroom (with an excellent bath/shower, heated towel rail.

Buses run from directly outside Dorchester Court towards Elephant and Castle and to West London and from the bottom of Herne Hill towards Brixton (10 mins) and Clapham (20mins).

The flat is less than a 10 minute walk to either Herne Hill Station or Loughborough Junction which both have fast and regular overground trains heading to Blackfriars, Farringdon, Kings Cross and Victoria.

A very short bus ride from Denmark Hill station which is on the Orange Overground line that connects you to services running to Peckham, Shoreditch and Hoxton.

A 12 minute walk to North Dulwich also connects you to services running into London Bridge and Denmark Hill, is only five minutes away on the bus.

The area itself is very leafy and green, with the popular Brockwell Park and its famous Lido only a few minutes down the road, as well as lovely Ruskin Park situated behind the court towards Denmark Hill and Camberwell.

Herne Hill itself has some great pubs with nice beer gardens, and good food, as well as a Sunday Farmers' Market. There are a selection of sweet local shops in the area and for day-to-day shopping you have both supermarkets and local delicatessens and fruit and veg shops a post of a chemist.
