We’re a friendly family with two school-aged children who both sleep soundly through the night and are up and out early for school each morning. We often work from home, so the space would best suit someone who’s out at work during the day.

The room is a lovely loft bedroom on its own floor, complete with a private bathroom and a Juliet balcony. There’s plenty of wardrobe space, and the desk shown in the photos will be removed as we use it for work. Being high up in the house, the room is very peaceful and private — you won’t be disturbed by family life below.

We’re sociable and happy to share a glass of wine or a chat occasionally, but we also respect privacy and are happy for you to come and go as you please.
