Hey guys! I've got an ensuite room in an adorable 4-bed 4-bath house. I am moving out and am looking for someone to take over my lease 16 May - 30 Sept, with possibility to renew.
The room itself is on the second floor and has 2 big windows with lots of natural light. The bed is a small double, and the room comes furnished with a bed, bedside table, wardrobe, and chest of drawers. There are also eaves in the bathroom and along the length of the room for extra storage. If you need any other furnishings, the landlords are happy to swap things out.
The house is on a quiet street in SE17 2NY, we have an updated kitchen, cute back garden, and everyone has their own ensuite. Equal distance to Elephant and Castle and Kennington stations (20min walk), and there are great bus connections via Walworth rd (8min) and Thurlow st. (1min) The house is within walking distance to a big Tesco and Lidl. Also We rent directly from the landlords (a very nice couple), so no more dealing with shitty London agencies.
You would be living with 3 lovely Americans aged 23-26: Ari, Jess, and Anaya. Everyone is working or pursuing a master's. We are a friendly house that loves to hang out together cooking/baking, watching a movie, going to a pub quiz, etc but as a house we also value alone time.
