Looking for a new flatmate to take the second bedroom in a lovely 2-bed flat on Akerman Road, available from early May, as my current flatmate is moving out. It is ideally located near to Myatt's Field with an outdoor balcony.

I’m 32, Scottish, and work in life sciences consulting. I’m in the office most days, and I’m looking for someone who wants a clean, relaxed and friendly home rather than a party flat. I’m sociable and always up for the occasional catch-up, coffee, dinner, pub trip or film, but I also appreciate having our own space.

The flat is fully furnished and equipped, with a shared living space, washing machine, and a really convenient location close to Oval, Stockwell and Loughborough Junction, with easy access into central London.

A bit about me: I’m tidy, considerate and easygoing. Outside work I’m into music, gigs, gym, cycling, coffee shops, parks, cinema and theatre. I’d love to find a flatmate who is similarly respectful, easy to live with, and wants somewhere homely and welcoming.
