hey!

this is an ad for a single room with a double bed and an ensuite. We are looking for someone who likes to have to fun, is clean and is a student! we are 3 ual students currently in second year. Honey and Alicia are photography students at lcc and Cal is a hair and make up for fashion student at LCF, so if you are creative this might be a good fit for you!

the flat is right next to a bus stop served by 35, 45, and the 345. As well as being super close to both denmark hill overground station and Brixton underground station.

If you enjoy pubbing, there is many a pub right on our door step!
