A double bedroom in a 4 bedroom three-story flat in Oval, Brixton Road.
Sharing with 3 other friendly girls - all professionals between 25-27.
Looking for a clean, friendly and social housemate.
We enjoy doing things together, house dinners and trips to the pub but all also do our own things as we all met on spare room so have different friends. We are looking for someone to match this vibe.

The transport links are amazing!! 2 minute walk to Oval tube station (northern line) and plenty of bus routes with a bus stop directly outside the front door of the flat. It's also walking distance to Kennington, Vauxhall, Camberwell, Brixton and Clapham. There's a PureGym opposite the flat. It's walking distance to a Tesco and a Lidl. The flat is also just a 2 min walk from Kennington park.

The monthly rent is £926 but we pay approximately an extra £120 into a pot to cover all bills and anything we share in the house.
This will start June 29th 2026, keen to have someone looking for more long term.
