Hi all! I have a room in my 2 bedroom flat that's by Burgess Park/Old Kent Road, between Peckham and Bermondsey, available from now! My name is Hunter, I'm 22, going on 23, I'm super easy going and friendly, I'm pretty outgoing but really value a calm, friendly and tidy home. The flat itself is really lovely and homely, it’s got 2 levels, dark wooden floors, a decent sized kitchen and living room, dishwasher, washing machine, bathroom with a window, and a little balcony area that catches the sun all day. The bedroom is a medium size and has a view of the shard etc! There’s really good transport links with busses to all over right outside, and E&C only a 5-10 min bus trip away if you need the tube, as well as a hugeee Tesco and a Lidl very close. I'm a psychology student, I love music, movies, nature and animals, food/cooking, hanging with my friends etc! I’ve lived here for 2 years now and really love the flat and the community near by. The rent is £920 without bills but bills have never been over like £70 per month. ** (Because I’m a student I don’t have to pay council tax, the property is Band B so council tax would be around £115-130 per month that you’d be responsible for alone if you aren’t also a student, which is understandably a dealbreaker for lots of people! :) )
I’m queer so someone trans/LGBTQ+ friendly is essential but you don’t need to be queer yourself to enquire!
