Looking for a friendly, respectful professional to share a bright and peaceful two-bedroom flat in lovely Camberwell. Ideally, you'd work mostly from the office, as I work from home and value a quiet space during the day.

The flat comes with a medium-sized fridge, so someone who cooks occasionally rather than daily would be a great fit. The neighbourhood is safe and welcoming, with beautiful nearby green spaces including Lucas Gardens, Brunswick Park, and Burgess Park—perfect for a morning jog or evening stroll.

Excellent transport links nearby, including Loughborough Junction and Denmark Hill stations, plus buses 12, 171, 436, 36, and 456. Denmark Hill station is around a 15-minute walk away, and Elephant & Castle tube station is about 30 minutes by bus, with a bus stop just across the road for added convenience.
 
Short-term stays preferred. Part time also available. £50 per night or £1300 per month. Open to discussing longer arrangements if needed.
