I’m looking for a friendly, fun flatmate to share with.

You’d be sharing with me — a friendly, easy-going gay Glaswegian, 41, working in TV production. I've got a positive outlook and always up for a bit of banter and good vibes in the flat. Looking for someone sociable I can have a laugh with and the odd pint etc.

I work from home a couple of days a week and I’m often out with work, at the gym, or socialising with friends. I really value having a home that feels like a sanctuary — somewhere calm, comfortable, and welcoming. That said I also enjoy having folk round and enjoying the huge kitchen for socialising now and a again!

I enjoy cooking, films, music, social flat vibes, some shared meals, while also respecting each other’s space and independence.

The flat is arranged over two floors, which gives a great sense of space and privacy. Your furnished bedroom is on the first floor along with the large kitchen, bright living room, and bathroom. My bedroom and second bathroom are upstairs, so it never feels crowded.

The location is fantastic — just a 2-minute walk to Lordship lane with its cafés, restaurants, pubs, and shops. East Dulwich station is a 6-minute walk away, with direct trains to London Bridge in around 15 minutes.
