Hi there,

I am looking for a new room mate to move in as soon as possible. Although the end of the yearly contract is on 26th of April, my current room mate will be leaving on the 29th of March. We have both been in this flat for two years.

The flat is the top floor of a Victorian townhouse in Camberwell but within walking distance of Brixton. The closest train station is a 5 minute walk and there are plenty of bus routes. The large kitchen, dining/living room and bathroom are shared spaces. There is a cleaning cupboard and storage space in the attic which is only accessed from this flat. There is a washing machine and fridge freezer as provided appliances, however, the freezer space will be all yours as I have my own freezer to use.

The room contains an integrated cupboard space and double bed frame, with a view into the back garden area (this is occupied by the ground floor flat). The bills are included within the rent amount.
