Hi, a large room room is available in our flat share, in a lovely split level house.

The house is in a green and leafy part of Camden just south of Hampstead Heath (2 mins walk from the park - Croftdown Road) with great links to central London. The room overlooks gardens and an orchard. The room contains a large modern fitted wardrobe with sliding doors.

There is a kitchen space with table, separate downstairs toilet and upstairs bathroom, and a second shower room.

The flat is owned by myself and I occasionally stay in one of the rooms (I live in Bristol), but the 3 main residents are currently three women sharing in their late 20s to 40s, all professionals working in London. You would meet them and get a feel for the flat and see if it is right for you before making a decision on moving in. Feel free to ask me any questions.

The room includes all bills, broadband, electricity, gas, high speed broadband, water and council tax. We are looking for someone who can move in soon ideally from the October 15 or before.
