Large room in spacious two bed flat in a great location in Upper Holloway/ Archway - zone 2.

Lots of great shops, cafes and bars in the area and a very quick tube journey to central london/ north London.

One bathroom with bath and shower, outdoor space and lots of places to work indoors. Due to the large space (v high ceilings) it can get a little cold so it’s up to you if you want to put the heating on more and pay a little more monthly according to bills.

Bills are electricity, cleaner, gas, water & broadband and come to roughly (?) a month.

James owns the property and it’s his main base and Mary lives and works between here and Manchester. Both of us may be here sometimes and sometimes you’d have the whole place to yourself for a while it depends on the month. We both go away for significant periods on and off so it’s quite nice that you can have the space to yourself.

Looking for a conscientious person who cleans up after themselves and has a good sense of humour and is generally a relaxed person to live with. No OCD! 😁.

Large tv and comfy sofas in living room and lights that magically turn on when you walk down corridors. Exciting stuff.
