Friendly person sought to rent spare room, with garden view, in beautiful maisonette in Crouch End.

The home is owned and occupied by a friendly older person (me!) with whom a spacious kitchen and large living room would be shared.

Beautiful Victorian house with original central spiral wooden staircase and wood floors. Secluded well-tended garden with bench, tea table and chairs, and a little pond with goldfish. The garden would also be a shared space.

There are two bathrooms and three toilets, so one full sized bathroom with bath and shower would be mainly for your use. The other full bathroom is en-suite for my bedroom.

Fully furnished – Double bed, desk workspace, futon lounge chair, full length mirror, wardrobes and ample storage cupboards. This room is on the top floor – i. e the second floor of the house.

Rent includes: Electricity, heating, water, council tax and Wifi.

If you are working with children or young people that would be ideal. I have enjoyed a long career working with young people.

The home is shared with two gentle friendly cats! They are 6 years old, and half-Bengal. On the rare occasions I am away, it would be wonderful if you were available to feed them.
