Hey! We’re looking for a new housemate to move in with us in our cosy, friendly home in Crouch End from 1st May.

The flat is spread over the 1st and 2nd floors of a house and has a really warm, homey feel. There’s a bright living room with big windows and a TV, a fully equipped kitchen, one bathroom and two toilets. It’s fully furnished and we keep things clean, calm and comfortable.

We’re on a quiet street just a 5min walk from Crouch End high street, and a 20min walk from Crouch End Playing Fields and Parkland Walk if you fancy a walk or some nature.

The room is a double bedroom on the 1st floor, with good natural light and a lovely garden view.

About us
You’d be living with us, Rhys (34, 🇬🇧) and I (Albi, 28, 🇫🇷), a couple. Rhys works in marketing and works from home two days a week (usually monday and friday). I’m a neuroscientist and CBT therapist, currently in between jobs.
I am quite outgoing (I use to live in a warehouse with many creative people and enjoy the occasional gathering), while Rhys appreciates a calm home, creating a good balance of occasional social times and calmness. We’re mindful of creating a space that feels shared and comfortable for everyone.
Our interests include reading, films, music (guitar/clarinet), walks, meditation, museum and exhibitions, as well as comedy, improv and travelling.
We both enjoy good conversation, art, films, history, psychology, books, science, and general life topics, and like the occasional shared moment, whether that’s a film, a board game, or just chatting in the kitchen. That said, we value personal space and downtime too.

We’re looking for someone friendly and considerate, who wants a balance between doing their own thing and being part of a home.
