A bright and spacious double room is available in a well located flat just minutes from Finsbury Park Station. There is excellent transport links and plenty of shops, cafes and the park is right beside us. The flat is a 2 bedroom property with a shared living room, kitchen and bathroom. You’ll be sharing with one other tenant who is a nurse with a shift based schedule so the flat would suit someone who is considerate of different working hours and values a calm, respectful living space.
This would be a great fit for someone who enjoys a relaxed home environment rather than a party house. The room is unfurnished however I would be open to selling the furniture I have placed. A ottoman bed (no mattress), set of tall drawers, a large wardrobe and a set of 3 drawers.
