My flatmate moved out a couple of months ago, and I'm looking for someone to take over the lease! I'm a 34 year old woman, originally from the badlands of south London. I work full time in the city running a cafe so this is ideal for anyone who works from home, you'll have lots of peace and quiet during work days. I also live an active and sociable lifestyle but home is a sanctuary!

The room is a large double with plenty of light, partially furnished with a bedframe. Living room is also plenty bright, we have a shared dining table and a small social area, the kitchen and bathroom are down a small set of stairs which gives it a bit of a sense of space. I liked this the most when I moved in, it's a quirky little feature.

We are council tax band D, rent is £975 plus bills (usually comes to £250 a month or thereabouts).
