Hey!

My two flatmates are moving out of our lovely flat in Finsbury Park at the start of November, so looking to fill 2 rooms.

Looking for 2 girls aged 25-32 to take over from November 3rd. I need to confirm names by October 1st.

I’m 28, working in digital marketing and have lived in London for the past 5 years. Enjoy running, playing netball in a social league and of course a trip to the pub, or a wine on our terrace. Also get lots of free theatre tickets via work which is a fun perk!

We’ve lived in the flat for the past 2 years and have all loved it - super spacious living room, separate kitchen, 2 bathrooms and a big terrace. And less than a 10 min walk to the station.

Rent is £1000 per month for each room, with bills currently working out at ~£120 each. The landlords manage it themselves and are so lovely and quick to respond. It’s the first flat we’ve lived in where we’ve been able to get stuff fixed super quickly and actually respect the landlords.
