Hi! I'm moving out of this lovely room after two years and am looking for someone to take it over in late October.
THE FLAT
Split across two floors, the flat has a large shared living room on the street level and a large shared kitchen downstairs. There are two shared bathrooms, one on each floor. There's a shared garden with the ground floor flat next door - we're currently talking to the landlord about getting gardeners in as it's quite overgrown, but it's a nice outdoor space regardless.
The other tenants are all super friendly - the flat feels like a proper home, and while everyone's independent and busy they're happy to hang out cooking or go for the occasional flat dinner/pub trip. I know they're very keen to keep these good vibes going with another friendly, sociable flatmate :)
THE ROOM
The room's ~3m x 3m, with enough space for a bed, desk, and wardrobe. It's downstairs with a large window facing south onto the garden, so the room is quiet and gets lots of sunlight all year round. All of the furniture pictured is included apart from the bookshelves, and the bedframe has drawers for extra storage.
LOCATION
The flat is a 5 minute walk from Finsbury Park, and a 10 minute walk from Clissold Park, so tonnes of green space on your door-step. It's a short walk to head into either of Stoke Newington or Stroud Green, both with tonnes of restaurants and fun night-life.
The flat is a bit less than 10 minutes walk from Finsbury Park station, with great tube connections into central London and national rail connections out of the city. There are also good nearby bus routes into Camden and further into Hackney.
BILLS
Rent is £1025 a month before bills - after council tax, utilities, and Wi-Fi it comes out to around ~£1150.
