Sadly, one of our housemates is moving out! So we're looking for someone new to join our lovely home from April 27th!

Location:
We're right on the edge of Finsbury Park, perfectly connected with two Tube stations (Victoria & Piccadilly lines), Overground and National Rail links, plus several bus routes along Green Lanes towards Stoke Newington. It’s ideal if you’re after greenery, great pubs, and a quiet, well-connected neighbourhood.

About Us:
You’ll be living with three friendly housemates:
Charlie (female), Alex (male) and Emma (female)

We both enjoy a peaceful home during the week but like to socialise occasionally – whether it's house dinners, having a couple of friends over, or chilling in the garden. We’re also respectful of space and downtime. You’ll also be sharing the house with Salem, Charlie's sassy black cat.

About You:
We’re looking for someone like-minded, mid-20s to mid-30s. You're clean, respectful, sociable but mindful of shared space. Unfortunately, we can’t accept more pets.

The Room:
A lovely room with a window facing the garden on the 2nd floor!

Furnished with: double bed, bedside table, a wardrobe and a cupboard!

We are also about to have some renovations including a brand new shower room upstairs and new carpets ect!

Rent:
£900/month (excl. bills)

Viewings:
We’re booking viewings between Monday 13th April and Friday 17th April, but can be flexible with other dates too.
