Hi! I’m looking for someone to take over my lovely double room in Archway. Availability flexible.

FYI deposit is £1150 but it won’t let me add a deposit.

Bright double on the ground floor with downstairs bathroom which feels like yours - great for privacy. Relaxed and friendly flatmates. Huge kitchen/living room is huge, great location less than five minutes from Archway Station

Aldi, M&S, Sainsbury’s Local, Co-op and lots of smaller shops less than 5 mins walk.

Rent is £1092.50 plus bills but have discounted to £1000 as I would like to get the process moving. You would be taking over my place on the tenancy (a £50 fee required for right to rent checks).

Happy to arrange viewings in person or over video, I'm pretty flexible.
