Looking for someone easygoing, who wants a friendly home rather than just somewhere to crash.

The tenancy/admin side goes through estate agents with standard referencing and deposit process.

The flat is partly unfurnished — the bedroom will include the wardrobe, and I have most of the main furniture for the living room (will be a different couch than in the photos), there would still be space if you have a few things as well.
