I'm Kota, a Japanese postgraduate student studying at University College London (UCL). I have been living in this flat since last August, but I am considering moving out now that the university semester is coming to an end. My flatmate is also thinking of moving out due to her job location, so this two-bedroom flat will become available.
The flat is on the top floor of a block of flats on Holloway Road (Band C). I am looking for someone to rent the entire flat.
The property includes:
- Two bedrooms. Room 1 is an en-suite bedroom with a bathroom including a bath, a king-size bed (huge!), a desk, a chair, a wardrobe, a laundry drying rack and a whiteboard. Room 2 is a spacious loft with an en-suite bathroom, a double bed, a wardrobe, lots of shelves and room dividers.
- A kitchen equipped with a washing machine, an oven, a microwave, a large fridge-freezer, an electric kettle and plenty of cooking and dining utensils.
- A living room with sofas.
- A spacious private balcony with outdoor furniture.
- Street parking can be requested from the council.
The area:
- A 10-minute walk to Holloway Road station (Piccadilly Line) and a 15-minute walk to Finsbury Park station (Piccadilly Line, Victoria Line and National Rail).
- Loads of bus routes nearby
- Easy access to Camden, King's Cross and Euston, but basically the whole of London is open to you!
- Lidl, Morrisons and Waitrose supermarkets are nearby.
- Opposite the Odeon cinema and with a number of parks, pubs, restaurants, gyms and shops on your doorstep.
- A 15-minute walk from Arsenal Stadium (Emirates Stadium), which is far enough away to avoid the crowds and noise, but still close enough to watch matches!
New tenant(s) preferences:
- Open to any gender, age or nationality
- Suitable for professionals and students
- Someone who can move in around 1 April 2026 (negotiable).
Note:
- Room 2 is a spacious loft with room dividers instead of doors. It is connected to the kitchen and living room area via stairs.
- The monthly bills (electricity, gas, water, broadband and council tax) for two people usually come to around £300.
- Once you have decided to move in, the property agency will ask you to provide proof that you are a full-time professional earning sufficient income. If you are a student, we can discuss how to meet this requirement.
Feel free to come and view the property!
