Cute double room available in top floor flat, 6 minute walk from Green Lanes Overground, next to Finsbury Park, good transport links. Sainsbury’s, gym, tkmaxx and other shops all within 5 min walking distance.

I have to move out by 27th April, looking for someone chill to take the last 5 months of the current tenancy, can be extended after September! Bills are shared with roommate, I currently pay the gas and electricity and my roommate covers the rest as he has the bigger room.

Comes part furnished, currently with desk, wardrobe. Drawers and bed are mine but can also be provided new by the landlord if requested!!

My roommate is super nice, he’s a musician, amazingly kind and quiet person, we have good chats and hang out in the kitchen together quite a bit. He prefers to co live with girls but not essential, I’ve been super comfortable living with him, he’s very peaceful.

This is a great place for someone who’s needing somewhere to live quite soon as a new comer to the city for a few months, but again the lease can easily be renewed in September and the landlord is really nice (no big rent increases) :))
