One of the rooms in our house is freeing up as our housemate is moving to Australia, so we're looking for someone new aged between 28-33.

Our house is ideally located - it's just over 5 mins walk from Angel station and around the corner from Exmouth Market.

The house is really spacious; 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms (2x showers, 3x toilets) and a massive living room and separate dining room plus a large utility room in the basement.

The room has a lovely view overlooking a green roof, other Georgian style houses, and you can see the shard in relatively close distance (looks great at night!). The room is nice and bright with the sun shining on it in the morning, it has a double glazed window so is quiet when closed and provides a cosier feel in the winter too. Furniture (and garden bits) can either stay or be removed for the next housemate.

The rent is £870 a month - all bills included (water, gas, electricity, broadband, council tax and a cleaner who comes twice a month).

The room is available from October 20th (our current housemate moves out on October 19th). The contract is for 1 year but we get it renewed each time (there’s all the usual checks with the estate agent when you first sign).
