Mature and respectful individual who is clean, neat and tidy. Taking out the trash regularly, not leaving clutter all around, wiping down countertops, if you are naturally the same way, then this will be a great place to stay.
Ideally I am looking for someone with whom there is mutual respect and understanding. Someone to have a chat from time to time. I would like this to be a warm, home space and not just a transactional dynamic. Basically seeking a human being with communication skills.

Best if you don't spend all your time at home and have an active life of work, hobbies and going out. I maintain busy doing things and would like someone with a similar energy to create a balanced dynamic.
