My flatmate is moving out, and I have a stunning bedroom available. The flat is a 2 bed 2 bathroom, huge kitchen and living room, (with a balcony). There is a washer/dryer, dishwasher, oven, large fridge/freezer, in a secured building. The flat is on the 2nd floor with a lift, just a couple minutes walk to Caledonian road (picadilly line), next to a Gym Group, and across from Caledonian Park. Your room would have an en-suite bathroom. Fully furnished.

About me- I am here for 2 years from Chicago on secondment, and will be leaving in early 2026 around the time the lease is up. I work quite a bit (tax accountant at Deloitte), love going out on the weekend, and travel a lot from April through July. You’ll see me in the kitchen cooking or the occasional movie night, but otherwise I keep to my room pretty often while I work. I am totally comfortable with guests or weekend visitors, and I hope you are too! Im very clean and would appreciate someone who will take care of the common space as well!

I can make myself available for showings whenever is convenient for you! Beginning November 17, and not available the 22nd through 24th.
