Hi! I am looking to sublet my spacious double room over the summer can be very flexible with the dates although my lease ends 17th of August. We are all leaving then so there would be an opportunity to rent the entire house after if you organise with my landlord. It’s a 4 floor house with 3 separate bathrooms. Four rooms in total so would be sharing with my previous three flatmates. Nicely sized living room and dinning room separate from the kitchen. The room is furnished with a desk, double bed, drawers and wardrobe I can leave shelves and other furniture if desired. Amazing area of london with a lot of gorgeous parks and exciting things to do, opposite the street from Angel tube station, so busy area on the main road but my room is at the back of the house so it’s quiet, 15 minutes walk from exmouth market, old street, king’s cross and holborn. 2 minutes from art galleries, cafes, shops. Great nightlife with live music, bars ect. A lot of privacy with the room as they are separate across different floors. Please me aware that the window unfortunately faces a brick wall about 3 meteres away outside, so although there is a good amount of light there is no view.
