I have a very large King size room available for a SHORT LET from APRIL 6 - MAY 11 2026. short term let available in our lovely, large, wartm garden maisnoenss just miunutes from the Kentish Town tube. in amazing four bedroom flat ia 7 minute walks from Kentish town from tube from APRIL 6 - MAY 11 2026. I; m looking for a professional or mature student in between homes or on holiday to stay while my lodger is in Thailand. It is a relaxed, warm home. The large bedroom in the modern basement extension downstairs is quiet, light and you will share a large modern shower oom with one other person 3 days a week as heis based in Manchester most days. The light wThere is a kind, quiet & tidy 26-yr old living in the other bedroom on this floor, with whom you will share the shower room. The room has large light wells & a fresh air system. but is without windows to open, so not for everyone. I love it & live in this now, as it is quiet & very large. This is a 3-story apartment, with the double reception, kitchen & garden on the middle floor. On the top floor is anothe rloidger & myself. I travel a lot, so will need a trustworthy, responsible & tidy tenant. All bills are included, & my long-term cleaner comes on Tuesdays every week.
I prefer someone who work in an office or doing a masters or PHD over someone who works from home. It is a chilled, lovely home. I have a sweet old dog, named Patche. s who sleeps a lot & is a part of the family.
