I’m looking for someone to take over my room in a lovely 3-bed flat just 3 minutes’ walk from Regent’s Park and 10–15 minutes from UCL.
I’ve really enjoyed living here, but I’ve decided to move in with a friend, so I’m sadly having to give up my room!
Location & Transport
The location is genuinely fantastic, especially if you’re studying at UCL or working in central London.
* 3 mins’ walk to Regent’s Park — I go running there most mornings, and it’s perfect for a relaxing walk too!
* 10–15 mins’ walk to UCL
* 5 mins to Great Portland Street station
* 10 mins to Regent’s Park and Warren Street stations
* Easy access to 6 tube lines: Circle, Hammersmith & City, Metropolitan, Bakerloo, Northern and Victoria
* Around 20 mins’ walk to Oxford Street
There are plenty of supermarkets nearby, including Tesco, Sainsbury’s and Lidl, as well as cafés, restaurants and gyms.
The Flat & Flatmates
It’s a 3b1b flat in a quiet residential building, with only two flats per floor. You’ll be sharing with my lovely female flatmates who are friendly and respectful. We’re looking for another female tenant who would appreciate a peaceful and comfortable home.
Speaking Mandarin would be a plus, but it's by no means a requirement!
I’m happy to leave behind some useful household items if you’d like them.
