1 room is available in our 5 bedroom flat. We have a storage room to store bicycles, and a separate room we use just for laundry. There is a small dining area connected to the kitchen. We have 2 fridges. 1 bathroom (shower + toilet) and 1 separate toilet.
Closest stations are: Euston/Warren Street/Great Portland Street (all around a 7 minute walk).
Regent's park is 5 minutes away.
It is a quiet and safe neighbourhood, not on the main street. Very convenient location.
Our household is quiet during weekdays because most tenants work from home.
We prefer a working professional because we pay the council tax fully regardless. If you are a student, we will expect you to pay as well (£225/5 a month).
Bills are not included and will range between £80-£120 (including council tax, wifi, water, gas and electricity).
We are looking for someone to stay longer term and be willing to go through agency's reference checks to be put on the contract. You will have to prove the right to rent and that your yearly salary covers 30 x rent amount (£810).
We are friendly and pretty laid back, we want this place to feel like home so we don't have too many rules. However, we care about keeping the place nice so we have a cleaning rota and expect you to contribute, too.
