Looking for someone to take over a room tenancy in our 3-bedroom flat in Highbury from the 1st December. The flat is located within easy walking distance to Highbury fields, Arsenal stadium, and numerous underground and overground stations.
The room is furnished with a queen bed, a set of drawers and a hanger, with access to the loft for extra storage space.
The flat is an old Victorian house down a quiet road, with a large lounge which gets good Sun in the evening. The kitchen is kitted out with all the necessary appliances and gets good light in the morning.
There are two other flatmates, with one working from home full time. There is one bathroom shared between all.
Total monthly cost rent and bills (covering wifi, electricity and water) is £945.
