The room is large and has a desk, double blackout curtains, (great for sleep!) and is located in a quiet building with mostly elderly neighbours.

It's situated near HOLBORN/TOTT COURT ROAD tube stations, and two parks - a small one (3 minutes away) and a larger one (5 minutes away)

The flat is perfect for mature professionals, visiting scholars, summer interns or
mature students or anyone who appreciates hygiene and cleanliness, it’s a very peaceful environment, not a party flat.

As a top-floor apartment, it is quiet, no noise disturbances from above.

Council Tax (Band D) is included in the rent, I pay it.
