Room with Private Bathroom to Rent in Angel - Feb-March Sublet (with option to extend to permanent) - Singles and Couples Welcome!

My partner and I are subletting/transfer our room in a bright, modern 2 bed, 2 bath flat in Angel.

You’d be living with Louisa and Sam, a lovely Kiwi couple in our late 20s, both working professionals.

The bedroom comes fully furnished with a double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, an additional storage cabinet and a desk chair. There’s lovely natural light with great sunshine throughout the day, plus a heater, although the flat is very well insulated so heating needs are minimal. You’d also have exclusive use of your own bathroom.

The whole apartment gets excellent natural light and has a large, modern kitchen with an island. All appliances and cookware you'd need are provided.

The location is excellent: just a 2 minute walk to Regent’s Canal, 1 minute to bus routes 43, 205, 214 and 394, and roughly 10 minute walk to both Angel and Old Street stations (Northern Line).

The room is available as a sublet from 2 February to 14 March (around six weeks, exact dates negotiable). We’re open both to short-term sublets for this period and to people looking for a longer-term arrangement, as the lease is up for renewal on 14 March with the option to stay on and sign a new rental agreement.
