A cosy room in a beautiful, homely flat full of character, available to sublet until end of July while I’m travelling. My flatmate’s similarly sized room will then be available from August, as she’s moving back to Canada. The lease is up for renewal at the end of September.

The bathroom (excellent shower pressure) is shared with one lovely, though often away, flatmate so the space is usually pretty relaxed/quiet. The living room is cosy in the evenings, spacious, and has a large window facing into the private front courtyard space.

Angel is truly wonderful: with cafes, yoga studios, restaurants, bars, the canal, great running routes etc all on your doorstep.

The location of this flat is a 6 minute walk away from the tube station and also walkable to the City (30 ish minutes to Holborn). Kings Cross (British Library, Coal Drops Yard, Eurostar) is a 15 minute walk away.

Easy transport links to areas including Dalston, Shoreditch, Primrose Hill, Barbican, Oxford Street, Canary Wharf etc.
