You'll be 10 mins from the Barbican centre for cinema (and a great library), and 10 mins from the chic Exmouth Market for EU-style cafe bars (and great sushi). Clerkenwell green is around the corner, housing a Waitrose for groceries.
Your flatmates are sophisticated professionals who work hard and keep to themselves. One is a neuroscience PhD student who develops her own film photos at the local darkroom, and the other is a young entrepeneur with his own startup who's here completing a Masters.
The PhD student has her own en-suite, so you'll share your bathroom (bidet included!) with ONE other person. Flat kept beautifully clean; current practice is to hire a maid 2x per month.
